How can I clear mucus and a blocked nose?

Why do I have an itchy throat and a dry cough?
After a cold, mucus dripping down the back of the throat often causes an itchy throat and a dry cough that can last up to three weeks. Allergies and reflux can do the same. See a doctor if a cough lasts more than three weeks, or if you cough up blood or feel short of breath.
