Is a prescription guaranteed?
No. This is a medical consultation, and a prescription is only issued when the assessment clinically supports it. Some medications — particularly controlled or high-risk drugs — require in-person care, and I will tell you honestly if that applies.
Where is the e-prescription valid?
An EU e-prescription can be dispensed at pharmacies across European Union member states, subject to local pharmacy rules. Pharmacy fulfillment and medication costs are not included in the consultation fee.
Can you refill my chronic medication?
In many cases, yes — for stable, well-established chronic treatments, after reviewing your history and current situation. Ongoing conditions may also benefit from a follow-up plan, which I will explain.
