Will I see the same doctor every time?
Yes. This is an independent practice with one named doctor. Every consultation, report, prescription and follow-up is with me, Dr. Pedro Yelamo Vera, so you do not have to repeat your history to a different clinician each time you book.
Which languages do you speak?
Consultations are fully bilingual in English and Spanish at native (C2) level, so you can explain how you feel in the language you are most comfortable with.
Can you help manage an ongoing or chronic condition?
Yes. I offer follow-up consultations to review chronic conditions such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, or metabolic syndrome, adjust care plans, and interpret new test results. Continuity of care is provided remotely, with clear explanations at every step.
Do you prescribe sleeping pills, anxiolytics or other controlled medicines online?
No. I do not prescribe controlled substances (benzodiazepines, prescription sleeping pills, opioids or stimulants) via telemedicine. Patients who may need them are referred to in-person care.

After your video appointment you receive a signed medical report and an itemised invoice with Dr. Yelamo's tax and licence details, so you can claim from your insurer if your policy covers outpatient GP visits.
