• Urgent, non-emergency GP consultation: €50, 15 minutes. The fee includes the video appointment, a medical report and an itemised invoice; medicines, tests and third-party services cost extra.
• Appointments are offered every day, 07:30–20:30 (Spain time). Check the booking calendar for available times; this is not a 24/7 service.
• Care is online only, with the same named doctor. There are no walk-in appointments. If you need a hands-on examination or tests, in-person care is necessary.
