After your video appointment you receive a signed medical report and an itemised invoice with Dr. Yelamo's tax and licence details, so you can claim from your insurer if your policy covers outpatient GP visits.

An Urgent Care video consultation costs €50 and lasts 15 minutes. A Weight Optimization consultation (medically guided weight care) costs €70 and lasts 30 minutes. There is no subscription or membership: you pay per consultation and see the price before you book. If a prescription or basic medical certificate is clinically indicated, issuing it digitally is included, and so is an itemized invoice for your insurer.
Well suited to video: common infections and minor illnesses, travel-related problems, repeat prescriptions for stable conditions, reviews of lab results or reports, second opinions, and many medical certificates and reports. Not suitable: emergencies, anything that needs a hands-on examination, imaging or on-site tests, and documents that only authorised in-person centres or the public system can issue, such as driving-licence medicals or a baja médica (statutory sick leave). If online care is not the right route, I will say so clearly and tell you where to go.
In most cases, yes. You will receive an itemized receipt that you can submit to your private or travel insurance for reimbursement. Coverage depends on your policy, so please check the terms with your provider.
Yes. This is an independent practice with one named doctor. Every consultation, report, prescription and follow-up is with me, Dr. Pedro Yelamo Vera, so you do not have to repeat your history to a different clinician each time you book.
We meet by secure video call at your scheduled time. I review your history, discuss your symptoms without rushing, and agree on a clear plan. You will always have time to ask questions and fully understand next steps.

Consultations are fully bilingual in English and Spanish at native (C2) level, so you can explain how you feel in the language you are most comfortable with.
