eConsult: Ask Your Doctor in Writing

A written consultation with Dr. Pedro Yelamo Vera, a GP licensed in Spain. You send your question, results or documents through a secure form and receive a written reply in English or Spanish, without a video call.

Only if it is clinically indicated after Dr. Yelamo reviews your request, as a private electronic prescription under Spanish law. Issuance is never guaranteed. If he needs to see you, he will invite you to a video consultation, booked and paid separately.

You get a full refund of the €30. If he declines it because he needs to see you, he will invite you to a video consultation instead: that is a separate service, booked and paid separately at its own price, and the eConsult fee is not deducted from it.

€30 per eConsult, with an itemised invoice you can send to your insurer. Medicines, lab tests and third-party fees are not included.

Dr. Yelamo reads requests every day, 07:30–20:30 (Spain time). There is no guaranteed reply time: if something cannot wait, book a video consultation, and in an emergency call 112.

Repeat prescriptions and medication questions, travel medication letters, results and photo reviews, follow-up questions, lab test requests, referrals and medical letters or insurance paperwork.
